We are approaching the halfway stage in Daniel, chapter 5, and this week we see one of Nebuchadnezzar’s descendants fall into the fruitless trap of fighting God. He didn’t learn the lessons of the immediate history. Thankful, because of the grace in Jesus, there is much for us to learn from history.
