We are looking at chapter 6 of Revelation.  The seals for the scroll are opened, certainly the first 6 anyway.  And what we see is not a picture of some future apocalypse, but a description of current reality that won’t change.  The sure hope for the future remains unchanged too.  That’s the good news.
